Processing Times

After placing the order, it takes 1-3 business days to process the order before it is shipped. We do not ship on weekends.

Unexpected Delays

External factors such as international customs processing and holidays, which are beyond our control, may cause shipping delays. Please contact us if your package is taking too long, and we will work with you to resolve the issue.

Special Additional Customs Fees/Import Duties

There is a small possibility that you may be subject to special additional customs fees and taxes, which are charged once your order reaches the destination country. These additional clearance costs are the responsibility of the customer; Haya-pet has no insight into these costs and cannot indicate how much this will be. By ordering a product, the customer agrees to pay any duties or fees required by the government or customs.
