Yes, you can return an item within 100 days of receipt, as long as it is unused, in new condition, and in the original packaging.

Who pays the return shipping costs?

If you decide to return your order, the return costs are at your own expense. In the case of a damaged or defective product, Haya Pet will send a replacement product free of charge.
